At Learn Resin Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your crafting supplies and kits. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused resin, molds, or tools in their original containers to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
